Great Work on the Tier List, just some things don[t make sense to me; This list is based on 'what they bring towards their team, especially optimal ones'. Now, while i don't argue that Itachi and Minato are two ninjas that are used very often, I've almost never seen Onoki used with them. Sure, his passives would be great with them, but Onoki himself is not used that often apart from a few specialized teams. Barrier breakers like Roshi or Hashirama also negate Onoki's advantages. Compared to that, Mifune being ranked LOWER doesn't make much sense, since Mifune not only gives good buffs, they can't be negated except by Han, and Mifune is used quite frequently. In terms of 'what they bring towards their team' AND 'global usefulness', Mifune is superior to Onoki. I think with Onoki you may have stepped too far into the theoretical; sure, he's theoretically good for commonly used ninjas like Itachi and Minato, but if nobody really uses Onoki with them then that's not a good reason to place Onoki that high. Moreover, on almost any other lineups that Onoki could benefit, people simply use other ninjas - Gaara for Wind, Mei/Danzo for Fire. Earth is really the one place i see Onoki (especially Lee blitz teams). If your main basis for placing ninjas is if they're useful to hypothetical teams that aren't really used, then that makes me question if your Tier list is actually useful.

Now I want Edo Deidara even more...

Mifune is used only with Swordsman and currently, at this stage of the game, those swordsman aren't optimal.

His place in PvP is A tier at best (Blitz and Gaara=/=Mifune), his Bond is good if once again, Blitz focused.

And his best considered place being Ranked to give multiple Swordsman buffs.

Onoki is being used consistently with Minato teams, Itachi teams, etc. His usage skyrocketed the moment Minato released.

He was already starting to see more highlight with Itachi, but Minato brings a better edge. He's a better supporting character than Mifune. He provides additional standards and % buffs. More flexible in teams as well. Also, a relevant low costing mystery that hits a multitude of people. His ranked usefulness hasn't demished, in fact he's argubly the best sound field buffer due to his range in elements. It's where he generally shined.
Also, bet in Bond with Minatos+Itachis, you'll see an Onoki alongside them.

This tier list comes from my personal experiences and others input as well. Ranging from 100k BP to 160k+

You are admitting here that the tier list is made out of experience in the case of 100k+ power, so, as stated by hally, doesn't work in arena where you have 25-30k power and as yourself said doesn't work under 100k power that's where 95% of the population is.

Doesn't seem a good way to make a tier list, overall a list people tend to watch to know on what to focus without knowing that very likely they'll never be able to be in the situation you thought the list about. I suggest you too, like hally said, to do a list for arena at least since there a ton of those high ranked ninja aren't at all worth the rank they have currently and others are undervalued.

But yes, there is elements of the usefulness of ninjas. The arena is included but it's not the end-all that formulates the list itself.

As stated at the start of the tier list itself. It's structured based on all modes. Not just arena. (Or else specific ninjas that are great in arena, but completely and utterly different in actual PvP. Artificial base stats play a huge role in it. Roshi wouldn't be God, he would be A+ at best in the arena. GNW Tenten wouldn't be what she is, but S+, etc.)

But to answer your question. No. The tier list will remain as such because it doesn't cater to a specific mode that isn't the meat of the game. Maybe in the future, their will be an Arena Only tier list and PvP Only, etc.

That's assuming your BP is generally higher than your opponent. His repulse damage is indeed insane, but his lack of CD and usage completely drops if he doesn't accomplish that.

In fact, I'd say LM isn't even the best main for him.

It's just his clone is pathetic and his growth is a joke.

Kurenai is due to general usage. Her mirror reflects and mystery is good for ranked battle. Slap her on a team and you'll enjoy results. She's *right support right now and actually has pretty good growths.

Shino GNW: Ranked, and Ranked alone. He's a great F2P option to have on a team. Mercury from S99 does videos displaying general usage of alot of F2P ninjas and shows them off quite well. Shino shines in a lot of his videos. Would recommend it.

PB Sasuke: I had him lower than he should have been from the start. He's a good ninja overall, and even better with females. From Ranked/GNW and PvP.

Kankuro GNW: General usage. Arena he's still relatably strong. And pretty ignite happy with his puppet on display.

Although I wouldn't grade him any higher because of the puppet itself as well. High cost to re-summon. But you can build him into some really fun teams with double chase/charka battery
