Posted in the Events thread, but also want to post here since it might get buried:
Reached 150 ingots consumed, didn't get a wheel spin. I have the full screenshot with server time, etc. if that's needed, but this shows that I have no spins and nothing in my spinning log, but I do have 160 ingots consumed already this event.

"During the event, each time you consume 150 Ingots, you can spin it once for a...."
Where is my spin?

you have time stamp cut off from both pictures, i would recommend providing a full screenshot to prove the validity of your claim.

Just removed names/e-mail. I also took another screenshot just now because I realized that I took a picture of the wheel before the spending. Now it clearly shows the wheel with no spins + no log timestamped after the total spending picture.

May I know why you are asking him the info of how much he recharged? This is a spending issue and has nothing to do with the amount recharged right?

It was accidental, meant to write "Amount Spent"

Update: The issue was that the 150 Ingots need to be spent on the same day to be counted. This is not mentioned anywhere but it is not a bug.

Just letting anyone else who was confused about not getting spins know what is wrong. Thread can be closed since the reasons for the problem have been figured out.
