As I spent nearly 5 hours straight doing just Speed Training today, I noticed that the rival teams tend to repeat. At first I thought I was going crazy, but then I hopped on to my little brother's account (he's a lvl 67) and wrote down the team lineups. Also, odd levels typically have more teams to go up against than the even levels. The levels do mix, so when the Higher Tier starts to appear, it just mixes with the Lower Tier teams and you will have more teams to battle against per level.
I found that there are basically 2 tiers of lineups for the Speed Training. The Lower levels and the Higher levels. The Lower Tier starts at level 50 and I know that the Higher Tier ends at level 91 with the Orochimaru/Illusion Forces team. There are approximately 31 different teams for the Lower Tier.
I don't know when the levels start to mix because there is a great level gap between my account and my brother's. I also couldn't do*ent the Higher tier lineups.

At this point the pattern starts to repeat. Eventually newer teams will be integrated but I didn't get the chance to do*ent them. I know that there is a Fu team and some other teams in there when you get to about level 80 or so.
