Lol, 80 frags of Tendo are 400 scrolls (1000$) you just 76 which i think is around 950$ and you're still complaining? Some ppl are never satisfied lol

76 frags is worth 0 dollars if you can't complete it.
If they offer reliable alternative method to get the 4 frag, than 76 frag is equivalent to whatever the difference between the price of getting the 4 frag and getting the full tendo.

On a side note, no, tendo is not worth $1k, because the other 399 scroll does give you SOMETHING (some of which, like the likelihood of jigokudo, is quite valuable). Thou at the same time, UT is giving you other stuff as well. But it must be said, tendo is NOT worth the full $1k. His exact price will be measured when he is directly on sale somewhere.

Well you can hope (at least I am hoping) the rest from either Chase Missions (which i never had 1 Tendo) or Events.

I hope that he would come in some events to complete 80. Even if 200 points per frag, i'd still go down for it. He's almost already free. There is no need to complain. I am f2p and never drew 800 seals in Tendo Treasure and it would take ages.

Which is very low chance, given the fact that it's been the for 3 months yet most player haven't gotten one with only some getting one, maybe a rare few that one can count on one hand getting more.
If, on average, it takes 2 years to get 4 frags from chase mission(seeing as average is 3x4 month or 1 year, ergo 1.5 to 2 year is a reasonable estimate), then it might be entirely moot as a player have a good chance(50/50 hashi/tendo) to get tendo from tendo treasure off free pulls by then, which then make it just 80/100 toward 4 star, therefore still useless until another few years for repeat pull which helps getting it to 4 star.

No, chase mission is not a good argument for saying the 76 is good. It's too rare and unreliable. You need to think before you talk. Not all theoretical solutions are practical solutions, just like you shouldn't be counting on winning the lottery for your retirement plan. If you think that IS a viable retirement plan, you need to talk with somebody, not sure who, but somebody.

On the other hand, I have little use for tendo, I'd use him in the ranked battle at most so my point of complaint is not "not getting tendo". I'm mostly annoyed at the offer of something that seems good but isn't, which is a problem of dishonesty and not a matter of substance. As it were, if I were to get something that is worth less, say 76 Sage naruto frags (rare frag most certainly "worth" less than super rare ones), I'd be perfectly happy--that would be very much useful and help me get my sage naruto to 4 star. And frankly, sage naruto frags comes in all sort of events, it would help just about anyone recruit him in a timely manner.
