The rebate gives you charm pack for using the charm, not blessing like refine. Ex: use 25 charm get 1 pack = 5 charm.
The rebate value should be around 10%-20% just like the other rebate event. The checkpoint is from 25 up to 1000 if I'm not wrong.

  • So i'll guess I'll just unlock the 1st slot for every equipment and just keep farming then...
Wouldn't call getting charm from Training "farming" tho xD
