the skill is so bug... if wind main use blind on u, when u use lightning armor, u cant remove it. if u use lightning armor before any debuff, u are immune to debuff...

The skill isn't bugged.

It's a simple misinterpretation with the description.
Lightning Armor only grants immunity after using the skill. It will not cancel already inflicting debuffs.
