Lightning Armor of Midnight blade says it cancel all debuffs but it never does. It only makes you immune to incoming debuffs.

the skill is so bug... if wind main use blind on u, when u use lightning armor, u cant remove it. if u use lightning armor before any debuff, u are immune to debuff...

The skill isn't bugged.

It's a simple misinterpretation with the description.
Lightning Armor only grants immunity after using the skill. It will not cancel already inflicting debuffs.
