How do you guys use non-prompt mystery effectively?
For example, Normal Jiraiya he can get interrupted easily if he has to wait until his turn to cast. Not that I used him, but i'm sure there are many more ninjas with non-prompt skills.

Do you use it after his standard?
Do you save it til last second before the round end?

if you are asking about nagato,

the best time to use him is to cast it when he cast his immunity, that way he wont be acupuncture/immobiled which might cancel his mystery. If you wait for him to use his standard then only cast his mystery, his mystery will be brought to the 2nd round which are prone to be cancelled with acupuncture/immobiled.

depending on which enemy you are facing, in a case they dont have anyone that can acu/immobile either through chase/mystery then it is safe to have nagato mystery casted early/2nd round, again it always depends on who are you facing at that point of time.

Just gotta read the field, how much chakra they have, if they can interrupt, if you know your refines are meh, its best to use it round 2 after they use their slot one mystery.

For non-prompts that can be used in turn 1, chakra generator to allow it to go off might be worth it, most people don't run turn 1 interrupts (neji, ao or iruka)
Otherwise, you need to team it with your own cc and/or chakra drain(ningendo is rly good as he is both), after you either hard cc enemy interrupter(direct or chase interrupt) or drain his chakra so he can't interrupt you when you cast the non-prompt. Note that ningendo is even better due to his debuff reflection, it increases the difficulty in your opponent's attempt to preemptively cc your caster, as they have to place on a non-cc debuff first (which is easy for some mains, but not so for others)
