For non-prompts that can be used in turn 1, chakra generator to allow it to go off might be worth it, most people don't run turn 1 interrupts (neji, ao or iruka)
Otherwise, you need to team it with your own cc and/or chakra drain(ningendo is rly good as he is both), after you either hard cc enemy interrupter(direct or chase interrupt) or drain his chakra so he can't interrupt you when you cast the non-prompt. Note that ningendo is even better due to his debuff reflection, it increases the difficulty in your opponent's attempt to preemptively cc your caster, as they have to place on a non-cc debuff first (which is easy for some mains, but not so for others)
