Yesterday i created an account with the exact same email,i bought ingots and leveled up to 25

The next day i tried logging in and i was back to the start choosing which character i want to be,please help

Did u select the right server? Sometimes the game decides to change it for u.

make sure you chose the right server. usually the one at the very top in recent servers is the one you need to choose.
