  • In survival, your teams initiative is the average of all your gear while the enemy initiative is normal (based on what gear they have equipped). So what probably happened is that your average initiative is lower than the initiative of your opponent's move 1 ninja.
nope in survival the enemy has a little refine boost, but if you're strong enough then that shouldn't be a problem
