I have Chiyo, GNW Tenten, Mabui Shikamaru Makeout Tactics and all but there is not team in my head that can have both buff and provide enough chakra for Gaara to attack before the 4th round. Reply

You c*ways use Itachi with Kage Gaara then on round 2 you'll have 100 Chakra. Asuming you have it of course
