If I got 5 frags for Iruka and event ends will I ever finish him ?does he drop outside the event?

^You can't get iruka without money...maybe at least 5 frags for him with free draws...and no you can't get iruka without events,maybe in merchant when they going to be updated... This post was last edited by DragonulRed at 2016-8-15 21:30
