Okay, I don't ever use fire OR lightning main, but here's what I can come up with.
It's a debuff heavy team, so root teams will be dangerous for you. With the ninja's you have, though, theres not much I can do about that.

Strategy. Itachi's barrier makes his dodge Godlike, and Kimi will repel one standard every turn. Scarlett's passive will keep all your ninjutsu heavy damage dealers (Everyone but Kimi) fairly healthy.
You want to stack debuffs with your chase that can be started by Itachi's standard, Kimi's standard & mystery, danzo standard (5 chase, you skip kimi's damage but still get all debuffs), or main standard.

Danzo's barrier is really nice but made next to useless if you're outinitiated or against a root team. If this happens, use itachi's barrier turn one. You won't get the nice buffs that danzo's barrier will give you, but the extra chakra for turn 2 kimi will be nice, and the increased dodge chance will be amazing. Otherwise, thats a mystery you won't be using, but with how barrier heavy the meta is right now, i imagine you would get plenty of use out of itachi.

Turn one isn't anything special after you decide to use the barrier or not. After that its entirely situational.
Kimi mystery will let you do some nice damage and have a target for all the debuffs, Danzo mystery will keep someone alive, Main mystery will stop a priority target.
Ignition, immobile, and imprison is a dangerous combination.

Hopefully this will work for you, make sure to playtest. As i said, this isn't a main i ussually use so I have no idea if this will actually work as we want it to ;D Good luck!
