do you even know what is a prompt skill or not??? i dont think so... his mystery is not a prompt it means that if you go straight away at the start of the battle his mystery wont be used.... its like raising a mystery barrier like sasuke's... prompt's are the mysteries that can be used the time that you will use them ..

Prompt skills are EXTRA moves that can be used at anytime, if you have the chakra.
Non Prompt skills REPLACE your standard attack for the round, when it is your turn to make the standard attack.

Battlefield cooldown has nothing to do with a skills prompt status.

Not prompt. I can fight anyone with a nagato and use any spot and I will go first. End of discussion.
