  • Because its a very big system that needs to be bug free, its also a full cross server system unlike the semi one that matsuri/Arena has had before. Please just be patient with us!

Are UK, US and HK servers the first ones to get it? No. Did you know in advance you will be putting this in game? Yes. Then why are there still bugs to be fixed and why does it take so long?
EDIT: What's the difference between "full cross server system" and "semi one", anyway?
