ehm.. i used 900/1000 for 1 lvl 10 refinement... so you're fine mate... its rng xD

That's the blessing, which a temp wish credit. I don't think the OP is complaining on that front (thou he also used the wrong terms)

I wish people would use proper terminologies, this game is confusing enough as it is with all its.... translation issues.

for me this is too bad coz i used 168 and the item not leveling my 2nd item i used 100+ only

Very sad to me sir Tobei coz i save coupon for a month for that event and i thought 100+ can level 8
coz my 2nd item i used 100+ only. yup maybe there is no luck for me.

If you won't be able to make use of the wish credit to advance one more level, you can pretty much upgrade it at any time.

Or wait for 5 or six refine rebates until you have enough advanced runes.

You can upgrade it anytime but once you reached let s say 180/200 that item won t upgrade at a level below lets say 100/200 . That item is set over 180 :)
