  • How i would look at it,

    Leader = obvious

    Senior = group admin

    Anbu = members that contribute a lot to the group / powerful active player

    Elite= members that contribute sometimes / decent power, active or semi-active

are the anbus able to accept applications from players who are going to join? can you tell us what specific power they have.
