i would like to start promoting people but i dont know what they give access to? can someone help me out?

How i would look at it,

Leader = obvious

Senior = group admin

Anbu = members that contribute a lot to the group / powerful active player

Elite= members that contribute sometimes / decent power, active or semi-active

ANBU is higher than elite, and you can only assign 5 ANBU. Haven't discovered what the limit is on senior yet. Didn't want to promote someone only to demote them again and dash their spirits lol.

are the anbus able to accept applications from players who are going to join? can you tell us what specific power they have.

leader can assign 2 seniors with the same authorities, with the only exception that the leader is the only one who can distribute the prizes from the great war.

anbu may approve group applications

and elites are not different from normal members
