  First of all, to clear the DNS-cache, open a command prompt (“Windows” key +”R” key and inside the new window enter "cmd") and type inside the command "ipconfig /flushdns". Everytime you start a new ticket in oasis CS, we will always ask you to clear your cache first because they are usually the one causing problems and bugs in game.
  
  Request time-out are usually problems caused by internet connection. It would be very helpful if you could reproduce and video the bug down and send it to us for review. We could send it to the tech team for review.
