Arena is simply broken with cross server you can be faced against people who have played since game release when your server only just gets cross realm open. I have done a few experiments with my main and a low level account with good power and a high level account with low power and the matchmaking system isn't what I would call a system as a system makes sense. It's more of just putting people together no actual matchmaking, with a level 60 I was placed against (in chunin rank) a player with bee and cursed hidan, since I don't even have access to that treasure and that ninja is pure f2p it shows how absurd the "system" is.
My main which is semi p2w (decimates everyone on my server) I simply cannot get above super kage I get people who can kill if not one 2 of my ninja turn 1 and I use a wind jinchuriki team.
Until something is done it is straight up impossible to rank up to get the actual rewards you spent hours trying to get as we also have the worst rank reward system ever. First system ever seen where you have to reach maximum rank to get rewards lower than the maximum the laughs oasis must have had around the water cooler when they put that into place.
We really need a and am going to use a word you may not understand oasis FAIR way of being matchmade say a 20-50 server leway either side of yours at least then you have a chance of getting wins. Aswell as a change for rank rewards as at the moment there is absolutely zero motivation or actual rewards for those of us who havent played since the game opening and with a game with such little things to do having such a bad arena system removes a big piece of content when your reward for working hard but not getting max is minimum reward, might aswell just get 1 star and get the same reward for 2 mins work as you do for several hours, myself I put in about 15 hours and was stuck at super kage.
Would be great if something could actually be done but am not holding my breath, maybe just maybe will be enough people who agree and back this that you may pay attention and do something that helps us the community the ones that keep the game running.
