What is wrong with the description? First turn of mystery does some damage with Ninjutsu. 2nd turn of mystery (which is available next turn) can cause damage to all your opponent + repulse to a select enemy. After that second mystery it would proceed to have a 3 round cooldown.

Yes.

I believe you're misunderstanding the description.
As PoisonScrub described, her first cast doesn't apply Repulse which is what I'm assuming you're referring to as a bug.

yeah thanks anyway, i just realize it has 2 phase, still would be nice if its have repulse on 1st round to counter tenten/tendo team :D
