Yes.

I believe you're misunderstanding the description.
As PoisonScrub described, her first cast doesn't apply Repulse which is what I'm assuming you're referring to as a bug.

  • yeah thanks anyway, i just realize it has 2 phase, still would be nice if its have repulse on 1st round to counter tenten/tendo team :D
