Sage start requirements/ sage in activity lucky bag

Hi,
I have noticed that in this weeks event, there is a "Complete one sage worl battlefield" in the activity Lucky bag.

Since i am from a server with low activity, its seems rather unfair for those who are still active to be penalised for being a member of a 'dead server'.
There hasent been sage on our sever for well over a month.
And i am assuming this is also a shared problem across other servers.

Is it posible to remove the minimum requirements from sage for it to start? There is at least a dozen or so fully active people on our server.

Or at lease change the "Complete one sage worl battlefield" to "Register one sage world battlefield" in activity lucky bag?
Perhaps it may be a good idea to refrain from using group activities for completeing events to avoid this type of thing in future.

**edit, i know its still possible to complete the lucky bag without the sage, but i feel it shouldnt be there as you rely on others in the server to be active too.
