The lucky bags reset everyday. They are a form of progress bar, so if you dont open them on the day you reach the points required, the contents will vanish.

Wait! So in other words the Lucky Bags will show a maximum of 25 a day? If I don't open them today, it resets to 0 tomorrow? I was about to ask this, because someone mentioned that they open all their ac*ulated lucky bags on the day where a certain item they want to purchase appears in the Daily Specials, so that they 24hr time limited voucher (if the RNG gods bestow 1 upon them), can be used then.

I know the bar above it resets daily for us to get the missions done to gain lucky bags.

You might want to test your theory, but I think the comment you highlighted refered to the way you receive vouchers, which would be in a box (?). From personnal experience, I dont remember ever having more than 25 lucky bags at once. I have a tendency to overcheck my things so I dont miss anything, but everytime I forgot something like that it either showed up in my mail or vanished on reset. If anyone can confirm you can ac*ulate lucky bags, I will gladly change my stance.

The event came after we already done our dailies WOW

The event was broadcasted in the forums yesterday. We already knew it was coming. You didn't need to go and do all your daily missions before that.

That's why I don't do anything before maintenance.
