It depends on if you are planning to use them, for me I just don't recruit them since I won't use them and I will eventually get them from a pull later like Itachio or Tobi, I stacked their frags until I got a pull from the treasure and then I can 4 star them quicker.

Hmm, yeah I'm actually using the same mentality atm. But the only thing that made me rethink it a bit is whether already having the character recruited affects my chances of drawing them in their respective treasure.

If you dont plan on using them any time soon i would hold off on recruiting them untill you pull them. Its easier to 4 and 5 star ninja this way. I did this with kakashi and guy was able to 4 star them the same day i got them. Its also a good way to bank coupons.

Hmm, well yeah it will be much easier to 4 star them or 5 star them. I wish konan wasn't in the seal treasure but was in the tendo treasure instead :/ The only ninja I want from the seal treasure really are konan and tsunade (itachi and kisame are normal drops in the kage after all)

I mean, it really depends, you can easily not and it would be more beneficial, but this could make the long-run of aiming to get them more frustrating, RNG can be entirely against you in this scenario, which might make it more annoying if you really want to use a certain character.
