Okay so a week or so back i was having really bad disconnecting issues when doing Team instances or Strong approaching, it was uplayable i would dc everytime i tried about halfway through. I made a post and sent a lot of tickets to customer service reporting the issue, after two weeks of constant disconnecting from TI/SA i had almost given up on participating in TI/SA. I had done all the steps i was told to try to resolve the issue and nothing seemed to work, used two different computers and had the same issue, tried a different internet connection to see if it was because my internet was unstable but it didn't change i was still disconnecting even on a different internet when trying to do TI/SA, tried the browser and client versions of the game, cleared cache ect... After about two weeks of trying to resolve the issue i just gave up on TI/SA nothing i did seemed to fix it. Shorty after me almost giving up on ever touching TI/SA again, my problem was fixed somehow. I had made a forum post and was getting ahold of customer support but someone on their end was able to fix the issue i was experiencing disconnecting with TI/SA the game was running amazing, no disconnecting no lag...worked really well for about a week untill today..the same problem has shown its face again, i keep disconnecting when trying TI/SA even had issue with Group instances, i am lagging really bad again like before to the point its almost unplayable. I checked my internet and its not the problem its stable been playing all my other games perfectly on my computer, i had just spend some money on ingots not that long ago and was ready for my long adventure and then i the ugly face of disconnecting showed up again along with some really bad lag. I would really like to play the game i enjoy without lagging constantly or dcing when doing TI/SA. They were able to fix it about a week ago but now im dealing with it again, hoping whoever fixed the issue before can get this resolved too. It really *s not getting my weekly rewards, please fix this ive already tried all the steps given to me before and nothing works.
