Today, I get to the last stage of the survival trials without loosing only 1 out of 12 ninjas selected. However, once i enter the last stage, 4 of my ninjas have been marked as "Defeated". Is there any explanation for this?

if you have won by round limit both teams will lose all ninjas resulting in your victory.
