trying to do this, but im convinced its bugged, tobirama's "random blind" is not random, it blinds my sai quite literally 100% of the time 50/50 tries......few times he didnt get blinded but that was purely because of a "control fail" so yea.... the 2nd target seems to change once in a while but its far too consistant to be considered "random"...

seemed to have something to do with positioning, i moved some people around and it switched to a different ninja. was able to complete it but i'm still convinced its not random.

ninjas in exam don't always behave like the ninjas you can recruit.
do you remember level 85 exam? the orochimaru that was there could attack again if the enemy was killed, thing the normal orochimaru you can recruit can't do.

He blinds the ninja that is opposite him 100% of the time (i.e. the one he would attack if no summon/taunt etc happens)
Then one other randomly.

A lot of the ninjas in ninja exams (and some in ti's and normal instances) use future versions of themselves. More so their skillbroken abilities. IE in the birth of snake ti one of sasuke's chases is chidori stream, this will not be usable till oasis releases the skillbook system. And personally i can NOT wait till this comes out.
