A group member of mine today has had his account stolen, on s335 Quicklime. And he cannot log in to the game, or the forums as he has had all passwords changed on him. Im not sure what can be done about it, he has sent an enquiry to customer support, but i was hoping maybe I could provide some supporting evidence.
He was originally a level 77 Azure Fang with 2kk power, name was Leo. I have done some investigating (having been on the server from day one, and having limited numbers I am familiar with the names) and found that his account name has been changed to Queen, and changed to Lightning Main.

The new name "Queen" has activated do not disturb mode and cannot be contacted, team changes suggest that whomever is on there at the moment is still active, but that is all the information I possess.

Please if there is any other evidence i can provide, let me know and I will do my very best to provide.
