About a week ago i did a recharge accedently with the wrong credit card , i asked for a refund *i didnt spend the ingots* and my account was blocked , i had the full intent of paying for the ingot , i wrote a ticked to customer service quite a few times and the only reply i get is ( you owe us money ) i had followed the link a week ago and have paid what i owed to Oasis sent in written form and also taken a photo of my credit card . still havent got my account reinstated after 6 days , this process shouldnt take this long at all i just wanna play naruto lol

    Normally your account should automatically be unbanned. Check with your bank to see if the payment went through. If it has, let me know. (Possible with screenshots)
can i inbox you with the screen shots i dont want my card posted on here , and no the money hasnt been taken from my account , i choose to pay with credit card on the option screen shot above
