So why does is say that I didn reach genin yet? The ss is from a new server also does the bonus exp from the ninja medal stack with the bonus exp from mondays?

I can't answer the one about the the Arena award and its corresponding Stamina potion.

However, with regards to the medal stacking with Monday's 2x exp, yes it does stack.
