I have uninstall and reinstall, cleared cache but doesn't solve the problem. Its been more than 2 weeks already. Logging in from browser is fine. Someone please help. Thank you. I am using window10. I was one of the affected player by the system time change, I am not sure if this has something to do with that.In fact most of the time it was white screen with the young naruto on the left, and I know it isn't loading.
I hope someone can solve this for me. Thanks.

Hmm, Have you tried flushing your DNS?

If that doesn't work, try updating/re-downloading your flash player. It's odd considering that on the browser it works, but the client doesn't. Give those a shot and let me know.

Hi I uninstalled both flash and mini-client and reinstalled everything. Now mini-client is working again.
