[ Bugs ] User does not exist after change password

i was changing my password who is a hotmail account yesterday and it was working after changing it. but today when i try to login now, it says "user does not exist" in the user center and when i tried to login in mini client it says incorrect password or account. i immediately forgot the password and changed it but still problem persist. my account is email bound and cellphone number bound. i can forgot the password since i have access to this email.

Yes and i was sure. and i tried logging in using mini client and still no luck. but i said, when i try to forgot password, i will input my username along with verification code and then i can retrieve and change the password but then again when i change it, user does not exist when i try to login using naruto.oasgames and incorrect username/account when i try to log in at mini client

Hey

Try changing your password through the User Center

To access it, click your forum picture.
"Change Account" It'll grant you access to the User Center.
From there you'll be able to change password right away.

See if that helps.

the problem is solved by changing at user center then wait for 2 hrs and it will be updated. thanks for the help

this happened to me too a few times, got locked out of my account for around 2 hours before it worked again. or wrong information under the email/userid column. Changed password but the problem recur again 2 weeks later, again for a 2 to 4 hours locked out. However if I used forget password then it worked, the id was found and given a link to reset password.

I can't open my other account too, S164: AngelDei ... i forgot my password and havent been set any retrieve options too thats why i cant still change it, and for now my problem is that my username now doesnt exist, and also from mini client it says incorrect username or password now.. pls help
