Yeah they work real hard to cover their grimy tracks and pretend to listen to community. Or then again, maybe your conception of a "great" game is similar to Trump's "great" America. In my mind, having a community of about 20 people that can afford to play your massively overpriced game and letting it die because you completely ignore 95% of players hardly seems great.
