This happened to me too but day 29 it showed not checked in today when yesterday it was.I made a thread about this cause I thought this is a bug and if more people complained maybe we will get our rewards back

If you stay up past when the server ticks over, it will not pop up the next time you log in. You gotta be proactive about it. Not sure why it won't pop up just because you stayed past the time where the server changes into the next day, but that's that.

Ticks me off because I missed one day and now I can't make it up :/

It won't pop up if you were online when the server shifts over to the next day. I'm not sure if it has to do with interference of your computer's time set being different from server time because there is a point where it's "the next day" but you can't claim it yet.

The thing is that I always check benefit hall without having to pop up and yesterday I had all my days checked till that point and now suddenly I am missing day 29

I think i stay just once or twice after server ticks over. So i think it's some type of bug and i think at least 2 more ppl from my server have the same problem. So i think it's a bug. Or im super unlucky :D
I not always check benefit hall cuz...i don't really have what to do there. The only thing i do there is claim these days and daily reward (the coins) but i have a lot daily things to do in game to think just for that..how every day i must open the hall because "check in every day" it not show by itself...it's kinda annoying and sad thing.

Is a bug; from my server others experienced it too.

What I did to stop preventing this bug it's waiting past midnight and then check-in, so far I haven't gotten that bug again. But still I'm not sure if it's 100% effective.

We continuously encourage players to remember to check-in via the calendar.
However, if you feel like you've manually checked the calendar and it didn't record.

Do the following >
Contact "Support" on your client or browser.
Explain the situation thoroughly and include screenshots involving your full client + CPU time and the calendar itself. That way it saves time and helps the CS system.

i have same problem day 30 missing ... i check that day just before maintenance start and on 31 when i check 31 day i see day 30 missing nad on my S151 3 more players from my group have same problem missing 1 day
