You should always consider the survivalbility of your formations,
where spreading all your ninjas out on three rows will allow them to be all exposed to attacks from your opponent. It would be a better choice to concentrate your attacks, and protect squishy ninjas behind clones/tanks etc because standard attacks need to go through the front line first before they can reach your other ninjas. Also, I would never put a medic like kabuto in the front.

I have Kabuto like that for combo, but really i'm just looking for a whole new formation of top and bottom if you have any ideas?

unless someone else on the team chases the same status, their positions should not matter.

Kabuto is very squishy to be put in front, so even if you feel it is necessary to put him this way, he may be defeated off very easily, and your combos will not connect anymore.

yea i just feel it may be more helpful for me to give you a few suggestions on how to be more strategic with your formations for future references as it does not only relate to ranked battles, but forming teams for pvp/pve/arena in general as you get more ninjas in the future.

for example

kurenai x x
shizune main hinata

talents (left 1, mid 2, right 3) 22212 white ape
- hinata works as the tank, and also allow the team to have control with her chase attack
- shizune as the medic and also the condition causing ninja will be protected by hinata and your main.
- your main will summon 1 to 2 clones in front of kurenai to protect her

kabuto kankuro neji

- neji works as the tank, and has control over your opponent
- kabuto the medic is protected, and placed on the last moving position as suggested for most medics, because then he'll be able to heal + remove conditions by the end of the teams attacks for each round. think of this, if he is placed on move 1 or 2, not only that he'll die very easily, he may have healed your team before you opponent has caused conditons on you.
- kakashi will have both kankuros puppet and his clone in front.
