hold on, how did u say u got his frags?

cuz i dont even hav a single frag of him. is there some sort of special event 4 him or...

well, I either got his frags from previous events that featured him, or I bought some of it from the Daily Special. I wonder if it is true that Konan will be added in mid-April. Anyways, that is how I got him, and I think you can get one or two frags of him from Chase Missions.

Ayy same thing for me, i was getting frags of him , i had around 60, then i see that he went 2 star i was so happy cuz now i c*e him and get the rest of his frags for 3 star later, really happy about that :D

Yeah, now I can finally use azure+mei+mabui team and wreck some people. Right now, that lineup has been working pretty well!

Beheading Kakashi was two star for a while there. It was a bug (or so Oasis claims) then he went back to 3 star. This might be something similar.

Huh, that's weird. I'm kinda hoping it doesn't change back. Because my Playboy Sasuke might get unrecruited and lose him. But hey! I'm only 17 frags away from 3-star-ing him, so I guess there's not much of a problem. I guess.

This "should" be intentional, Playboy Sasuke is only a 2 Star character in China so I assume at some point early in their cycle he was reduced to 2 stars like all the GNW characters and "Novelty" versions of characters.

I think Sailor Sakura is also suppose to be 2 stars but don't quote me on that.
(Beheading Kakashi should probably be a 2 Star character since he's suppose to be part of the GNW character set)

Here you go, as you can see Beheading Kakashi and PB Sasuke are usually 2 Star characters.
(Upon checking Sailor Sakura it would seem she is a 3 star after all)
