You don't understand sArcasm he is pointing out the *ity of their statement about spreading false information where they tell us nothing about core mechanics of the game so sharing any information can be interpreted as spreading false info so they can ban anyone they like to suppress any thing they don't like. They need to realise this isn't communist China where they can censor everything and suppress free speech in the West we expect transparency and accountability and it's not unreasonable to want to be able to make informed decisions on how to spend our hard earned money. Question is, where are these servers actually based in? As in the US, EU, HK servers etc? If the server base are all in China, do they even need to abide by the laws on US, EU, HK, etc?

Like how PirateBay can't be prosecuted when they moved their servers over to Sweden/Iceland or something like that. *PS. Don't count me on the PirateBay information. Its off the top of my head and information could actually be completely wrong.*

Regardless of where we live/play, Chinese law has jurisdiction over issues with the game. Legal disclosures are included in the TOS.

it doesnt matter if main branch is in chinese,mars,jupiter or krypton.
it doesnt matter what chinese laws are. this is the north american version. not the chinese version.

any online game has to follow the laws of the country they are providing service in.
if they do not they can get sued by gorvernements.

and this always end up 2 different ways.

1. the game publisher is sued for millions and is told to change the game so it become legal.(with a timeframe. non-respect of that timeframe = extra fees + ban from country.
2. they straight out get a ban from providing service without being sued. (ip locked countrywide)

Also dont forget just because a publisher put some * in the TOS doesnt make it in any way legally binding you can hide that they own rights to your first born children in there and bs like that would get thrown out at court when the company tries to enforce things like that unless of course its a country where courts are notoriously corrupt and can be bought.

super rare depend on the treasure you are pulling on
and commens are 10 pull

unless the rates are strictly state it this should be a 18/21+ game and have to pay gambling rights because without that kind of information thats exactly what it is

i don't want average rates based off of popular beliefs tho. i want real rates, actual numbers.
