Hi everyone, it's early here so i'm a bit tired but i wanted to write this. I will come back on many things that happened so far and not only from what we've learned with Aristeaus stream.
I will try to be fair and calm about this but i won't lie when i say i'm, like a lot of peoples, angry.

When the game first came out, me aswell as a lot of peoples and Naruto fans, was overjoyed. Finally an official game! ANd this one looked fantastic! Of course i knew what kind of game it would be, with money involved. There is a lot of games like this one nowadays on the internet, but rare are those who are "that good".

Sadly, when it comes to games like this, the management of it is the most important part. And this part has become neglected since quite some time now.

In the early days (the game is still very new tho) the game was a HUGE discover and enjoyment. I started on server 2 before waiting some time and "install" myself on a server much further along the road. But i was here since the start pretty much.

It was a pleasure to play this game, discover all those new things, having fun.

Today, it just feels like the tables have turned. Connecting into the game still feels enjoyable but much less than before. It's slowly becoming a pain.

The main reason for it is the management of this game.

I won't pretend i have all the answers nor do i have all the informations about the game, the mods, the solutions. But i will tell what i know.

And what i know is that we are angry, we is the community that plays your game. We are not listened, apart from you answering the Customer Service and posting your main thread about "apologies", "events", "merges", it feels that apart from those, you are "dead".

The main problem is that your community has been complaining about many things for a while now, prices, events, matsuri, arena and nothing is fixed yet. It takes some time of course, nothing can be changed after lifting a finger for sure. But it just feels like there is no progress at all.

From what Ari shows on his stream, the "owner" doesn't seem to even care about what we wants, or what we says. Saying that the forum "shows no complaints" is a lie and only show us that he really doesn't care and probably barely read the forums in itself. The fact that, the main Moderator is laughing at this situation instead of trying to fix it is problematic aswell.

Complaints are REAL, they are a part of every community in every game. There are different ways of managing complaints, but ignoring them and giving us only a silence isn't the solution.

Your apology made things worse because, in the end, the only thing you've showed in there is a lack of "professionalism" and interest towards us, once again. Because you exactly showed what Ari showed in his stream. you just seem to take us for walking wallets and don't seem to acknowledge our opinions.

We wanted an apology not a bunch of lies.

Once again, i don't know everything but i believe that what we wants, not only just now but since the start, is ANSWERS, INFORMATIONS and SOLUTIONS. That's atleast what i think and what i want. Instead we barely have any information, for the rest.... it's pretty much inexistant.

I thank you for your work until now, i really do but the road you're taking now is the worst you could have take.

Props to Tobei who seems to be the only one to answers some threas at this point while Daiske is hiding, after 4days still....



TLDR

I'm not an expert, i don't pretend to know anything but here's my 2cents. Complaints are real since the start not just since Ari stream, if anything, he just confirmed a lot of things. The community is not "respected" nor listened. Their recent managament is a failure, we do not want a silence but SOLUTIONS, INFORMATIONS and ANSWERS. It's never easy to manage such a game but the road they're taking right now is even less easy. Things need to change for us, and for the management aswell.
