ok , i have the ingots still on the account so they can be taken back , i havent spent any of it , facebook have refunded the money , is my best option to talk to a game master ? -

Yes, and if you mention you plan to do the recharge through another method of payment instead, I'd expect them to expedite your case.
I'm not entirely sure if it's possible to remove ingots, since the way they handle recharging onto the wrong server is ban that char then give coupon to the correct char for the same amount. But they might be able to charge you on the other method of payment w/o giving you ingot, therefore making the new payment pay for your old ingot.
yes i did mention i would pay with another method -
