I found that my most beneficial lineup for ranked battle would be as follows:

(2* Fire main, 4* Kakashi, 3* Kankuro, and 2* Sakura)

If you're looking for a build to help with ranking in arena I would suggest this:

With this build (like any other) it comes down to timing your skills and countering the other team. In this case, with Hinata you want to silence as many other ninjas as you can, as fast as you can. So in the first round, put up Hinata's shield and in the next round use the dragon flame to target who you want silenced first. Start with priority targets; such as the lightning main, since they c*e an aoe so prevent you from using your combos, then move onto others (i.e. ninjas that have interrupts.)

P.S. If you don't have these ninjas or don't like the lineup, then make a lineup where each ninja can both start and be part of a combo. It's a nice general rule of thumb that if everyone can combo off eachother in multiple situations that you will have a decent team composition.

I also forgot to mention that if you don't have the deer summon to bridge the combo, change your chase to celestial prison!! Very important!
