Are they ninja tools or equipment?

What would you evaluate their value to be in CP/IGN?

they are ninja tools they can be obtained though akatsuki attacks ( the only thing i know )

don't buy them, mid-game you will be getting tons of them and using them as exp fuel to upgrade other gold tools.

dont buy them it useless! after u reach more than 32k power u can farm alot tools better than that lol :lol
