I watched like 45min of the video - just seems like an angry person who disagrees with the direction a company is going. Unfortunately, no company will make decisions that always appease everyone. Sharing proprietary information will typically lead to immediate action as it can be an act against the company. I'm not a mod, or whatever they call their player representatives or whatever, but I'm not really dissuaded by a professionally immature pseudo employee being banned for leaking info.
If you disagree with what the company is doing, leave - if you're fine with how the game is being ran, don't. I guess people hold true to the mentally that 'the squeaky wheel gets the grease' - if you whine enough, you'll convince it to change? Things are how they are - play or quit, it is what it is.
In my opinion - this player agreed to be involved in proprietary information and disagreed with the direction of the majority (of the dev's - right or wrong), threw a fit and 'quit' by sharing a lot of private information - why would he not be banned?
