Why am i still at VIP 0? Could some1 explain it to me, btw i dont understand to much about vip system, but i already spent 15$ on naruto and why is the $ points "frozen"?

Because like many other websites, they are just taking the framework of existing website and adapting it to their needs.
That means a lot of USELESS feature slips through the crack and gets preserved despite them not utilizing them, this is one of them.
The VIP system doesn't actually do anything and have.... a number of problems. Don't worry about it.

VIP system is not currently enabled.
However, some benefits do apply throughout any Oasis games.
