Dear Ninjas,

On March 22nd, we had a bug concerning recharges. Some players who recharged Ingots did not receive them after making the payment. Some of these players proceeded to ask for the refund of the value recharged, resulting in having their accounts frozen. This bug concerning payments and recharges has been fixed, every player that recharged has already been automatically sent the recharged Ingots from the day in which the bug occurred. If your account ended up being frozen due to these cir*stances, please, contact our Oasis Customer Service as soon as possible with the title . We wish to provide you all with the best service possible.

My account has been frozen because of this. I still haven't gotten my Ingots but Oasis did send me the prizes I missed out on because of it. Then sent a message to me saying "The Ingots were sent to my account and to check my in game total Ingots" They never showed up. I messaged Oasis Support again and they said "it was under further investigation" also told me to contact PayPal about the purchase .... and I did. Then tried to sign on to my Naruto online account and got a message about being "Abnormal"?

My question is .... If PayPal is trying to do a Refund.... and Oasis says they cant find the purchase..... How can they Ban me for a Refunded Purchase they say they DON'T HAVE?

Hey gamers, Tobinmaster1 here to explain just what happened in this sh-*.


So basically, the mod here is gone and mr. maddog4910@aol.com necroposted on a thread that's now 3 years old and un-maintained since the mod is gone.


Real talk tho, send in a report for yourself. That suc.ks man.
