I just wanted to check if it is possible to fix this and if it is possible to fix the days for some players. I've only missed one day, because the check in didn't pop up and the check in still doesn't pop up sometimes so I've had to manually check myself in a few times so far. Not sure how many times because I don't count. Some of my group members have missed some days as well, one going up to 8 days before the check-in popped up for him. The Server is server 12: Kiba Reply

I had the same problem and this what they replied to me.

Dear Ninja,

Yea we are aware of the issue, just send the screenshot at the end of the month including your server time and computer time and we shall assist you further

Hey

We continuously encourage players to remember to check-in via the calendar.
However, if you feel like you've manually checked the calendar and it didn't record.

Do the following >
Contact "Support" on your client or browser.
Explain the situation thoroughly and include screenshots involving your full client + CPU time and the calendar itself. That way it saves time and helps the CS system.
