This is just a little bit of a rant for me and i just need to get it out. There needs to be something done to implement a better change to the convoy system. With this system the rich just gets richer.

Unfortunately, this isn't a suggestion.
I understand that things might get frustrating but please provide detailed suggestions if you wish to speak about it.
CS isn't a place for players to vent. (I can't personally help you)
