Your question is tied to the "What happened"
As I've explained in the past, a bug occurred that prevented TI/SA from resetting, it was connected to the DST issue.
Unfortunately, we couldn't fix it in due time. So we're providing players with the necessary compensation.

So I have a question, I had posted in the original thread made about the issue where it was requested picture proof and all, but not the one you're linking here, will I be good to go then?
