So I posted my issues during the previous week of SA/TI problems due to DST. The account remained bugged for the entirety of the week and I posted as requested on both Forum topics. We where told that compensation is being worked on and nothing after that but silence, I had sent in what was requested (TI/SA screenshots,uid etc.) I submit a support ticket last night requesting an update on the matter only to be told "Please let us know if your instances reset this week."
After this unsatisfactory answer I decided to submit a 2nd ticket in regards to the previous statement made by the mods on the forums; this time the response is to send a print screen of my TI/SA problems along with the server time, server id, character name, as well as computer time. Since this wasn't requested at all during the original topic of the issue on the forums I only have the original TI/SA screenshots showing that I didn't have any chances for the week. Can a Moderator please read over this and explain what I need to do from here.
