Your question is tied to the "What happened"
As I've explained in the past, a bug occurred that prevented TI/SA from resetting, it was connected to the DST issue.
Unfortunately, we couldn't fix it in due time. So we're providing players with the necessary compensation.

If you have posted within this thread during the week, You're set.
However, if you haven't. I'll need additional information.

He received that after my comment. So I guess they're finally starting. Wow only 1500 coupons and some cloth? Pathetic compensation, it's exactly what I expected from Oasis though.

yup, especially when u consider they charge 500 coupons base for 1 gold tool and we lost out on 25 gold tools, so 11k coupon value lost just for ti, the loss of threads probably hurt alot of people too
